- All prices include local VAT ( 7 % ).
- A rental period more than four weeks can receive a 50% discount from week 5, except in peak season.
- Resort utility fee (Villa housekeeping, towels and bed ware, sunbed rental, pool & beach maintenance and security) is charged separately: 100 baht per adult per night, kids under 12 years old is 70 baht each per night.
- Power consumption in the villa during your stay charged separately.
- A deposit of 30% of the total must be paid upon reservation.
- The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
- The deposit is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled by the guest themselves.
Transport
On request, we will arrange transport between Phuket airport and Paradis Villa. The total price (up to 6-7 persons) is
2,800 baht
each way and includes the long tail boat to and from the resort.
